Use AssetManage to track where your assets are, what state they are in, and who they are currently assigned to. AssetManage keeps track of expenses related to an asset, creates inventories for multiple locations, and lets you attach images, documents and hyperlinks to each asset. AssetManage can work with a Microsoft Access database file, or with any ODBC-compatible database, including SQL Server, MySQL and Oracle. With AssetManage 2007, you can organize all of your equipment, tools, furniture, computers, vehicles, and other assets for depreciation, tax, and insurance purposes.

It's easy to locate your current assets, and determine what department or person they're assigned to. You can search for text in any field in the inventory database. You can even search within the free-form notes fields. Scan and print barcode labels directly from the program.

Track all of your leases, warranties, and service agreements, as well as asset maintenance and repair history. By attaching all of these documents to the asset description, you ensure that critical information is immediately accessible when you need it. AssetManage 2007 supports the five most commonly used depreciation methods: straight line, double declining balance, 150% declining balance, straight percentage, and sum of the years digits.

Print out your data in multiple formats. Select which columns to print (table-format only). Print Total Cost, Total Value, Total Replacement Cost summary.
Attach up to 3 images to each item. Paste them in from the Windows Clipboard, Scan in images using a TWAIN-compatible digital camera or scanner. You can even drag .jpg or .bmp images to the image window from Windows Explorer.
Instantly view items using different criteria. For example, click on the On Loan node to view all items that currently have the status On Loan. Expand the Colors or Year Made nodes to view items by Color or Year of Manufacture. AssetManage also keeps contact information for Manufacturers, Dealers, Customers and Insurers.
Keep track of expenses associated with an asset. Track repairs to an item, fuel costs for a vehicle, etc.
Attach links and files to your records.
Use the Check Warranty feature to view items whose warranties expire within a particular time period.
Create a Query with any criteria you wish. Execute the query with one click in the View window.
