CustomerOrders is a customer order management system, an OMS. It enables enterprises to better manage customer sales orders and the order lifecycle. Users can see an overview of all customer orders, more essentially the status of each as it progresses through the organization. You can acknowledge orders & update customers by email with a few clicks! This saves you 80% of the time you spend on customer orders. It prints documentation (Packing List, Despatch Note, even an Invoice) to enable you to fulfill the order without using a multitude of other programs. Import existing customer or product data from Excel, Outlook, Access, ACT!, GoldMine, Maximizer, or input data as customers order. You define a graphical progress chart, with various steps such as acknowledge, build, pack, dispatch to represent each order's lifecycle.
