Die Standard-ACT!-Import & Exportschnittstellen bieten Ihnen die Möglichkeiten die Adressdaten beliebig zu verschieben. Möchten Sie aber über eine Zielgruppe einen Forecast-Bericht mit Grafik erstellen, bietet Ihnen die ExportBox die komfortable Möglichkeit genau diese ACT!-Daten bereit zu stellen.. Auch die Übergabe von ACT!-Notizen an die Tabellenkalkulation ist mit der ExportBox möglich. Dies kann gerade für die Übergabe an ein Mastersystem (z.B.: ERP-Systeme oder Helpdesk-Lösungen) sehr wichtig sein. Sie stellen einfach über das vorgefertigte Mapping die Daten regelmäßig zur Verarbeitung bereit. Die somit exportierten Daten können nachträglich mit den komplexen Darstellungsarten von Microsoft-Excel®, wie z.B. Diagramme, Tabellen oder Pivot-Darstellungen, dargestellt werden. Auch Produkte wie Mindmap, Visio oder MS-Projekt können Ziel zur Verarbeitung der ACT!-Daten sein.
