The software features instant zooming, Adobe XMP rating, Microsoft Photo rating, essential shooting data display (shutter speed, f-stop, ISO, exposure compensation, if available from the camera) and supports JPEG, HD Photo, PNG, GIF, BMP and ICO file formats along with file copy/move functions and Windows shell integration.The Professional edition adds support for TIFF and preview support for NEF (Nikon RAW), CR2 (Canon RAW v2) and DNG (Adobe Digital Negative).Nota Bene: Nikon NEF support requires a free codec (coder/decoder) supplied by Nikon, Canon CR2 support requires a free codec supplied by Canon while Adibe DNG support requires a commercial codec sold separately by Ardfry Imaging, LLC. These codecs must be obtained and installed separately as they can not be distributed directly with FastPictureViewer at this time.
