IVR technology does not require human interaction over the telephone as the user's interaction with the database is predetermined by what the IVR system will allow the user access to. For example, banks and credit card companies use IVR systems so that their customers can receive up-to-date account information instantly and easily without having to speak directly to a person. IVR technology is also used to gather information, as in the case of telephone surveys in which the user is prompted to answer questions by pushing the numbers on a touch-tone telephone. Il risponditore automatico che interagisce con Gestlab e necessita solo di una comunissima centralinatelefonica e di un modem a 56k nel PC per ogni linea da abilitare.Indispensabile per chi vuole offrire un servizio di assistenza completa ai propri clenti. Non necessita di PC accesi (tranne che della postazinone con modem). Con un semplice doppio click sulla linea che si intende abilitare l'IVR entra in attivitO impegnando il modem e catturando tutte le chiamate in entrata. All'arrivo di una chiamata viene riprodotto un messaggio di benevenuto che invita il chiamante a digitare un numero in base all'operazione da effettuare.I messaggi sono tutti personalizzabili.Interagisce con Gestlab effettuando ricerche tra bolle, interventi, magazzino, fatture o altro.Il chiamante pu? sapere:se l'apparecchio consegnato R stato riparato e a quanto ammonta l'importo della riparazione;l'ammontare di una fattura o di un prevenivo e le modalitO di pagamento;la presenza o meno di un prodotto in magazzino e il suo costo;richiedere un ritiro o un ntervento a domicilio;registrare un messaggio vocale;chiamare un reparto o un internoinviare un fax (sul PC con FAX Server gestlab). I messaggi registrati vengono archiviati in modo da essere ascoltati in qualunque momento e da qualsiasi postazione.
