Joatl Utility sets properties for Windows 7, but some of them are also useable for Windows Vista and Windows XP. This one working under 32 and 64bit Windows. Joatl Utility work in administrator user account and standard user account too. It allows setting properties for:

This one contains this function:


* The part of TaskBar sets: turn off thumbnail live previews, thumbnail delay time, thumbnail live preview delay time.
* The part of Log on sets background log on screen. You can select bmp, jpg, png image file format.
* The part of Windows Explorer remove items from: addressbar history in windows explorer, RUN dialog box history, Internet Explorer url history.
* The part of My computer adds items into My computer: recycle bin, control panel, run dialog box, search, flip 3D, Internet Explorer, h administrative tools, networt connections, printers.
