After-hour calculations Quotations. Project based invoicing. Multiple taxes. Statements. No additional database software required. Make visible notes on bookings in timeline view. Book recurring jobs. Auto backup. Various printable views (Timeline view (day view), list view, month view). Security features. Password-protect your data with user level access control. User-definable reports that can be created on all items as well as detailed financial reports. Reports can be exported to spreadsheet software packages for further processing. Design custom document lay outs in any RTF (Rich text)-compatible word processor package(most popular word processors are), enabling you to add logos or additional text with ease. This also allows you to make additional changes once the document has been generated and saved. Special days (public holidays) for alternate invoicing options. Intuitive setup wizard This is to name but a few of the functions available that makes Job Designer suitable for various businesses such as post production houses, doctors rooms, conference facilities etc. The graphic interface simplifies the creation and editing of jobs (moving and resizing) as well as making it easy to differentiate between the various job status types by means of color coding.
