MATRIXmobile - Fahrtenbuch und Kostenkontrolle Das MATRIXmobile Fahrtenbuch entspricht den Vorgaben des FA und BFA zur elektronischen Führung eines Fahrtenbuches und sollte somit vom zuständigen FA anerkannt werden. (Leider gibt es keine Bundeseinheiltiche Regelung und damit hängt die Zulassung vom jeweiligen Finanzbeamten ab.) MATRIXmobile wurde für eine Mehrbenutzerumgebung im Büro für kleine und mittelständische Unternehmen entwickelt. Fahrten lassen sich sowohl nach Fahrzeug als auch nach Fahrern und Art der Fahrt unterscheiden. Kosten lassen sich auf Kostenarten aufteilen und für wiederkehrende Fahrten lassen sich Fahrer- und Artenspezifische Routen anlegen. Für Alternierende Kosten lassen sich entsprechende Vorschlagstermine definieren, die in einem Terminkalender geführt und von dort gebucht, verschoben und gelöscht werden können.
