ModCom Pro is a Windows based program used to simulate a Modbus device (up to 16 devices at once). ModCom Pro is able to act both as a master and a slave. In the slave mode you can open up to 16 MDI documents at once, each one simulating a Modbus enabled device. In the Master mode ModCom Pro acts as a host system requesting data from any Modbus enabled device from PLC's to PC's to dedicated embedded controllers. ModCom Pro can communicate with virtually any device that supports the Modbus RTU or ASCII protocol. Both RS-232 and RS-485 serial links are supported with special attention given to RS-485. Use ModCom Pro when developing both master and slave routines in your systems.
