It was written using Microsoft Office Excel 2000 VBA and has been running on Windows 98 SE onwards.All you need to do is create yourself a text file by either Microsoft Office Word or any "whatever floats your boat" -editor as long as you observe the following rule: Always save your Personal Electronic File as text format.You may go ahead and fill your file with any kind of information in any order?no need to be structured in any way. You may start with an article about fishing that you copied (or scanned) from the Internet followed by a collection of barbeque recipes and ending with Don McLean's "American Pie"? With time, your PEF will grow substantially and become some sort of your personal Wikipedia...
