NXG Mobile recharge IMS is a software to manage the inventory of a mobile recharge store in an efficient and user friendly manner. Following are the features of the product - Manage Recharge companies and suppliers. Manage recharge inventory of different service providers(Manage balances). Maintain records of cash and credit payments. Generate and print bills and invoices. Automatic reminder of balances running low (out of stock items). Covers all voucher types like topups, recharges,eRecharge,etc. Custom types can also be created. Customer details like name, address, phone numbers, etc. are maintained and credit accounts of each customer is maintained if required. Following reports are available which can be viewed, printed or exported to Word, Excel or PDF formats- Stock report - Shows all available quantities of different vouchers and balances available in stock. Supplier list - Allows you to print the list of all suppliers along with their details. Unpaid supplier bills report - List the supplier bills which are yet to be paid and sum of all due bills. Customer list - Allows you to print the list of all customers along with their details. Unpaid customer bills report - Lists the customer bills which are yet to be paid and the sum of all pending bills. Purchase summary report - Shows a summary of total purchases.
