The core of PlacesByCoord 1.0 is a fast searching algorithm designed for mobile devices. The coordinates (decimal degrees) can be entered for every point either separately or as a list of points in a text file. Delivers full coverage for all states and partial coverage for islands (small islands are not included). Example: for lat = 40.85671-and long = -73.4155- PlacesByCoord 1.0 will display Long Island (New York) as the name of the place and a red marker will appear on the map.
