The software then allows you to set up your List of sub-contractors and to assign any item in the un-priced Bill of Quantities to a Sub-Contractor ending up with unique Sub-Contract Bills of Quantities to form sub-contract packages to sublet.

You can export these Sub-Contract packages to Excel files, have them priced by Sub-Contractors and import their prices back to e-STM8 for building your Tender. Moreover, it is designed to be easy to use and quick to learn, with a detailed Help section.
