Employee desktop live viewer is a computer monitoring software that allows employers and administrators to record computer screens of their office workstations. By recording the desktop screens, employers are able to keep a track of the work done by their staff and also curb wasteful or unauthorized activities. This software works as a stealth monitoring tool by recording the desktop activities of target workstations and transferring information to the monitoring software. With the help of this application, employers can easily view multiple desktops on their monitoring system placed at a remote location. This tool can record computer screens in both online and offline mode and save them as .AVI files. Deploying employee desktop live viewer is simple and does not involve much overhead. The Viewer setup file must be installed in the monitoring system and the Agent setup file must be installed in all the target computers which are to be monitored. Once the setup is complete, the target computers must be configured in the network along with the Viewer system so that data transaction can take place. With a high speed network connection, all the desktop activities of the target computers can be transferred to the remote monitoring computer with ease. Thumbnail views of multiple desktops and dual monitors help in monitoring several computers at once. In addition to record computer screens, this software can also be used for administrative purposes. Activities like sending instant messages, remotely uninstalling the agent, sending monitoring notifications, shutting down the target computer, restarting it, logging it off, locking the screen, changing desktop screensaver or removing wallpaper is possible through this monitoring software.
