It provides a "strip" or "ruler" across the screen, which can be magnified, can have the contrast changed and have the background "greyed" or "dimmed" out. The demo (link above) shows how the "strip" moves up and down a screen, and viewing is further enhanced as the screen above and below the strip is dimmed out.The cursor color can also be changed easily. ScreenRuler will work with any piece of software, as it acts as an "overlay" on the PC screen. From a technical point of view, it should not interfere or clash with your PC video card.
