Microsoft PowerPoint simplifies recurring tasksthrough the use of macros. The macros themselves can be automatically generatedby PowerPoint by using the recording facility (Tools | Macro | RecordNew Macro...). Macros can also be written in the Visual Basic Editor usingVBA.But the macro code needs to be invoked from oneof the menu items in the PowerPoint user interface. There is no way to invoke amacro using keyboard shortcuts. Shortcut Manager for PowerPoint intends to bridge thatgap. Using Shortcut Manager, you can assign keyboard shortcuts to existing menuitems, recorded macros and macros written in VBE even if they don't appear inthe PowerPoint user interface.
