With Sparta you would simply send the message and they would see for when they get back, no fuss, no worrying about having to ring and ring until they pick up. And it is better then email which can get trapped and stalled by servers checking and incorrectly filtering items out. Instant Messaging means just that. But what if they are not connected? No problem. If they are not connected, they will show as offline, so you know they are not available so you can try someone else. The benefits are quick and fact communications.
