Time2HELP is a tool for writing and maintaining Delphi source codedocumentation. Documentation can (but need not) be separated from thecode and stored as XML text files. You only have to "fill in the blanks"using the powerful Time2HELP editor.

You only have to "fill in the blanks"using the powerful Time2HELP editor.Time2HELP extracts "JavaDoc style" comments and symbol declarations fromthe source code. Supports the same syntax as Sun's JavaDoc tool, as wellas an extended set of tags.Time2HELP automatically compiles in-source and external documentationinto different output formats: WinHelp, HTML Help and Plain HTML.Time2HELP makes sure the structure of your documentation always stays insynch with your code. You can also integrate the generated help fileswith Delphi's own, enabling you to press 'F1' on your classes and theirproperties in the Delphi editor to instantly get help on what's underthe cursor.
