TurboTool combines the power of UNIX with the ease of use of a Drag&Drop application. You build your own Actions from Atomics to access them from the Services menu of Mac OS X. TurboTool provides several example actions, which you may adjust to your needs or take as templates for your own actions. The most efficient way to use actions are Droplets, i.e. by Drag&Drop onto an icon, which TurboTool generates from a selected action.
