Die WProd-Control Software analysiert die Aktivitnt und die Arbeit am PC und erm?glicht die Auslastung und die Produktivitnt der Mitarbeiter in Zahlen darzustellen.Mit der Lite-Version ist ein sehr hoher Schutz der Privatsphnre der Mitarbeiter gewnhrleistet.Die Verwendung personenbezogener Daten wird durch die folgenden Produkteigenschaften minimiert :- Es werden nur Stichproben von der Arbeit am PC genommen (nach dem Zufallsprinzip).- Programm- und Webseiten-Auswertungen werden nicht nach Mitarbeiter gefiltert oder sortiert, sondern nur die Gesamt-Daten aller Mitarbeitern gezeigt.- Eine Webseiten-Auswertung wird erst gezeigt, wenn hierzu Daten von mindestens 3 Mitarbeitern vorliegen.- Es werden nur folgende Daten (Zahlen) pro Mitarbeiter gezeigt: Zeit (Gesamtlnnge der Stichproben), Produktivzeit, Aktivitnt (Anzahl der Maus- und Tastaturklicks der Stichproben) und Produktivitnt. Sogar die kontrollierende Person kann nicht nachvollziehen, wie diese Zahlen entstanden sind bzw. welche Programme und welche Webseiten ein einzelner Mitarbeiter benutzt hat.Dennoch sind die so ermittelten und berechneten Daten durchaus reprnsentativ und bieten einen guten -berblick Rber die Arbeit am PC. Datenschutz : 1. Es werden nur Stichproben von der Arbeit am PC genommen (nach dem Zufallsprinzip). 2. Sehr hoher Schutz der Privatsphnre der Mitarbeiter. 3. Die Inhaltsdaten werden nicht ermittelt und nicht analysiert.
