How to use:
• Set the battery level when you phone should be diverted to another number that is specified by you
• Set notifications to remind you that the battery is low and you phone will be forwarded to another number soon.
• Notification function can be set up to send you any message you like.
• Use All Calls diverted function with single tap.
• Easy and intuitive navigation through the app on the single screen.
• Help menu available for more information.
• Save a list of the different numbers for call diversion
• Save few numbers and choose from the list.
When to use:
• You are out with your girlfriend or friends and your phone is about to die, divert you phone calls to their numbers.
• Direct your calls to your girlfriend, wife or close ones’ phones who you are spending time with before your battery goes flat.
• You are on a business trip out of town, set iDivertz to forward your calls to the your company’s reception or you business partners. Very handy when you stuck in the hotel room without a phone charger.
• You are travelling and forgot to charge your phone, use iDivertz to forward you calls to you family, friends or office.
FAQ:
1. Why does my phone say "MMI Code Failed"?
This will usually happen because your Cellphone company has decided that you aren't allowed to forward your calls. It could be because you are on a "plan" that doesn't have the forwarding feature (pre-pay/flex-pay plans usually restrict this feature). Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to 'bypass' this error - if you believe your plan should allow you to use this feature you will need to call your cellphone company and ask them to (a) let you control it from your phone, or (b) set the forwarding for you.
Note: If you go for option (b) make very sure that they only turn on "Conditional" forwarding (this only forwards Busy/No-Answer/Unavailable calls). Sometimes they'll accidentally turn on "Unconditional" forwarding (this forwards ALL calls!).
Additional advice:
Call the company and check if they can enable the services.
